As a Sports Assistant at FieldhouseUSA you serve as the first point of contact with all patrons of the facility. The primary responsibility is providing the highest level of customer service through greeting, registering participants, resolving issues, and assuring that everyone has a great experience. This will be achieved by keeping up to date with all programs offered so that you can assist the customer in the proper selection of the best program based on their needs. You will interact both in person and over the phone with customers in regard to registration and league questions. In addition, you will assist the various Sports Directors with data entry, phone messaging and emails as needed. You may be called on from time to time to perform duties within the facility as needed.
FieldhouseUSA Game Officials are to be knowledgeable on all rules of competition and guidelines outlined under the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). Referees should know all basic mechanics and positions associated with any sport that he or she is assigned or available to be assigned. Officials will provide their own competition whistle and be in proper attire for recreational officiating.
Officials will be knowledgeable on any rules or guidelines outlined by FieldhouseUSA and will enforce said rules to teams, coaches, players and fans. Referees will be professional at all times and officiate each game with unbiased judgement and player safety as the number one goal. Requirement: 1 year previous officiating history with reference or contacts OR Attend a scheduled referee training class through FieldhouseUSA.
