As a coach or player at FieldhouseUSA, you play an important role in growing and promoting the physical, social and emotional development of the youth sports experience. It is therefore essential for all coaches and players to encourage youth athletes to embrace the values of good sportsmanship. Moreover, everyone involved in youth sporting events should be models of good sportsmanship and should lead by example by demonstrating respect and self-control. EVERYONE is responsible in considering fairness, ethics, and a sense of fellowship with one’s competitors.
Therefore, by entering FieldhouseUSA, all coaches and players are responsible for their own words and actions while coaching or participating in an event and shall conform their behavior to the following code of conduct:
– I will NOT engage in nor encourage anyone to engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, parent, player, participant, official, or any other attendee.
– I will NOT engage in nor encourage anyone to engage in any behavior which would endanger the health, safety, or well-being of any coach, parent, player, participant, official, or any other attendee.
– I will NOT engage in nor encourage anyone to engage in the use of protane language/gestures.
– I WILL treat and encourage everyone to treat all coaches, parents, players, participants, officials or any other attendees with respect regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation or ability.
– I will NOT engage in nor encourage anyone to engage in verbal or physical threats or abuse aimed at any coach, parent, player, participant, official, staff or any other attendee.
– I will NOT initiate nor encourage anyone to initiate a fight or scuffle with any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee.
Anyone who fails to conform to the FieldhouseUSA Coaches & Player Code of Conduct while coaching or participating in any event is subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to the following, in any order or combination:
Verbal warning issued by staff, official, or league.
– Written warning issued by league.
– Suspension or immediate ejection from an event issued by staff, site coordinator or league official who is authorized to issue such suspension or ejection by our organization.
– Suspension from multiple events issued by staff or league official who is authorized to issue such a suspension from our organization.
– Season suspension or multiple season suspensions issued by the league director or General Manager.
Completed forms can be turned in via email or in-person at the front desk during operating hours to the appropriate sports director. Forms must be filled out entirely to be accepted (this includes team roster forms).

Teams receiving players from unassigned player pool:
If you, as a coach/manager of a team, CANNOT adhere to the above guidelines for players being added to your team(s), we will no longer add players to your rosters in future seasons. Additionally, any team(s) that you choose to register with us in the future will be required to pay the full team fee upfront & we will no longer accept individual registration/team code registration from your team(s). Coaches and managers will be held responsible and must abide by the above-mentioned rules. Any coach or manager who does not comply with these rules will be subject to formal reprimand (s), probation(s) and/or harsher punishments.
If players that we add to your roster continue to play with your team(s)/organization in future season(s), you will need to be up front with these players/parents that there are additional fees to playing on the team.
