Cheer Athletics Mission – Throughout our lives, we work with other to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward share goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.

The Dallas Patriots Organization was founded by Logan Stout in 2000 with the mission of providing the best baseball experience possible for both players and their families, while keeping the child as the priority. The Patriots provide world class instruction for their MLB players (Trevor Story, Josh Bell, and more) all the way down to their Little Sluggers (ages 4-8), thus providing a systematic approach to player development. The Dallas Patriots have a pro-shop and indoor training area with batting cages that are open to the public

The EXOS North Texas location plays host to professional, college, high school, and youth athletes. This facility features a fully equipped indoor/outdoor training center, classrooms for education, and evaluation and testing areas.

House of Dragons Taekwondo in Frisco offers tranditional, WTF/Kukkiwon Taekwondo classes for children and adults, along with an Olympic Style Team program that has produced numerous State and National Champions. We have been serving the North Dallas area for 8 years.
