FieldhouseUSA provides opportunities for kids to play the sports they love year-round and that is awesome to me. I grew up in a small town that didn’t have the opportunities that kids in the Frisco area have now with FieldhouseUSA. Being able to develop skills and play in organized leagues year-round is such an incredible experience that a lot of kids do not have."Ryan Maxson, Sports Director
Some benefits I have discovered while working here include being able to get a hands on experience with customer service and sports management as well as helping out young athletes develop in their sport. I love the company’s vision and direction for the future and feel that I am a huge contributor to where this company wants to be down the road.”Bradley Mason, Sports Assistant
“I like working at FieldhouseUSA because I like being able to interact with athletes and the community on a daily basis. It is fun and I get to meet a lot of great people.”Sierra Force, Sports Assistant
Working here has benefited my communication skills, my organization skills, and my people skills. I was not aware of how many people actually come in to our facility on a daily basis when I started working. I feel that FieldhouseUSA is going in a great direction and that every family that has one near them needs to come and visit.”Logan Nelson, Sports Assistant
Being able to interact with families on a daily basis and watching them grow through the FieldhouseUSA programs and leagues is something that is rewarding for me. It shows that the product that we are putting out there is successful and that the children who participate are enjoying what they are doing. Seeing that gives me the satisfaction that what I am doing serves a purpose for the youth in the community.”Cole Fimbel, Sports Director
I really enjoy being a part of this staff and company, guiding young kids through sports and getting them started on what could possibly be the best thing that they have ever been a part of!”Olivia Eubank, Sports Assistant
FieldhouseUSA is always improving and expanding which allows employees that work hard to improve their role in the company. My advice to those who are seeking a job opportunity with FieldhouseUSA would be to come in with an open mind, but be willing to work hard and put forth the effort necessary to be successful at the job, whatever role that may be.”Grant Lahey, Sports Assistant
When I help people at the front desk it is nice to see the casual version of who they are when they are not on the clock. I also enjoy helping kids develop their football skills; athletic and personal development are a passion of mine, so it makes it feel like I am not really working.”Noah Westerfield, Sports Assistant
