When you purchase a monthly membership, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be automatically charged on the 25th of every month. This allows you continuous access without needing to manually renew.

To cancel your membership, you must send an email to our Sports Director, Cole, at Colef@fieldhouseusa.com before the 20th of the month. Cancellations requested after the 20th will not take effect until the following month.

A Frisco resident is anyone who can provide proof of residency within the city limits of Frisco, Texas. Acceptable forms of proof include a driver’s license, utility bill, or other government-issued ID.

Yes! Day passes are available for both Frisco and non-Frisco residents and grant access for the entire day.

We provide pickleball nets and balls upon request for both daily and monthly members. Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles.

Yes, guests are welcome! They will need to purchase a day pass based on their residency status.

Day passes are non-refundable.
